Business A Level will introduce you to the core concepts and theories of business and how to apply them to real-world scenarios.

Business A Level is divided into four themes.

1. Marketing and People

2. Managing Business Activities

3. Business Decisions and Strategy

4. Global Business

How will it be assessed?

A-Level Business is a two year course. Examining Board: Edexcel.

  • Paper 1 - Themes 1 and 4 (35%)
  • Paper 2 - Themes 2 and 3 (35%)
  • Paper 3 - All Themes (30%)

Where will it lead?

A Level Business will lead students to a variety of careers, both in and out of higher education. Finance, Accounting and further Business Studies are natural fits, but Business can also be applied to degrees such as Law and Marketing. Outside of university, Business is a great start for most apprenticeships, and of course has great application for students hoping to go straight into work or start their own businesses.
